Subscription Terms and Conditions

Subscription Commitment: By subscribing to our service, you acknowledge and agree that your subscription will continue and automatically renew until you decide to cancel it. Upon subscribing, you commit to a minimum of two (2) orders before you are eligible to cancel your subscription. This ensures that you fully benefit from our exclusive offers and products tailored to your needs.

Payment: The subscription fee, as stated at the time of your purchase, will be charged to the credit or debit card you used to complete your purchase at the interval specified (e.g., monthly, quarterly). This charge will recur until you cancel your subscription.

Deferrals: Subscribers may defer a scheduled order a maximum of two (2) times per subscription term, with no single deferral exceeding twelve (12) weeks. Deferrals are offered as a courtesy and may not be used to delay or avoid the completion of the minimum two-order commitment required under the Subscription Terms & Conditions.
Where a subscriber has reached the maximum permitted deferrals, the next scheduled order will be processed automatically on the next billing date. Repeated or excessive deferral requests that are deemed to circumvent the subscription commitment may result in the automatic processing of the outstanding order or, at our discretion, cancellation of the subscription with the price difference between the subscription rate and the full retail price becoming immediately due and payable.

Promotional Codes and Offers: Subscription orders are not eligible for other promotional codes or offers. Only one offer or discount can be applied per order, and the subscription discount cannot be combined with any other promotions.

Shipping: All subscriptions will incur a shipping fee, which will be displayed at checkout. 

Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time after completing the minimum required orders. Cancellations are effective at the end of the current subscription period. To avoid being charged for the next subscription period, you must cancel at least five (5) business days before your subscription is set to renew.

Important Note: If you choose to cancel your subscription before completing the required two (2) orders, you will be charged the difference between the discounted subscription price and the full retail price of the product(s) received.

Subscription Cancellation Process: To cancel your subscription, please visit your account settings on our website or contact our customer service team by initiating a chat on our website for assistance. Alternatively, you can also email info@baebrow.com. Please note that cancelling your subscription will stop future charges but will not refund any previous charges for orders that have already been processed.

Changes to Terms & Conditions: We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the subscription service after any such changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
