Q: Do I need a developer?
A: Nope! Just water. The formula activates instantly—no salon tools required.
Q: How long does the tint last?
A: Typically up to 2 weeks on hair and 2-3 days on skin depending on your skin type, skincare routine, and exposure to water, sun, or sweat.
Q: Can I swim or sweat with the tint on?
A: Yes, you can! We recommend not using oil-based products as they could affect the longevity of the tint. And if you notice that the tint seems uneven, you can certainly retouch your brows. You can reapply the henna to areas where you'd like more color, following the same process as before.
Q: Is the tint safe for sensitive skin?
A: Always make sure to do a patch test first as ALL CAPS contain PPD (Para-Phenylenediamine) which for some can be an irritant.
Q: Can I use the capsules more than once?
A: Each capsule is single-use and perfectly portioned for one application so you don't have to measure anymore.
Q: Does ALL CAPS cover grey hair?
A: The darker colors are more effective at covering grays than the lighter colors. If your brow color is darker than the chosen shade, the tint will not be noticeable. For best results, pick a shade that matches your current brow color. Dark brown is far more effective than medium brown or ash brown and can just be used for less time for similar results. Avoid selecting a lighter shade.
Q: Can I use ALL CAPS on my lashes too?
A: No, our capsules are designed specifically for brow tinting. We don't recommend using them on your eyelashes without professional advice.
Q: What’s the difference between HOLD UP! and G-LAM MAX?
A: HOLD UP! is a flexible brow wax with that lets you create any style (laminated or natural). It gives a long-lasting flexible hold with a super clear, flake-free finish. G-LAM MAX is an extra-strong clear brow wax with Provitamin B5, Aloe Vera, and Glycerin. It sets brows quickly and keeps them fluffy and lifted with a strong hold. Sleek, but slightly textured.
Q: How to use HOLD UP! Brow Wax?
A: Use a spoolie brush to apply a small amount of product. Apply a small amount of product onto brows, then use a spoolie to brush it through brows.
Q: How to use G-LAM MAX Brow Gel?
A: To achieve lift and volume apply G-LAM MAX onto brows using upward strokes. For thicker, unruly brows apply a little more product, with a few extra pressing, upward motions for extra hold. G-LAM MAX delivers a strong hold finish and should be the last step in your brow routine. Once the gel has dried on the eyebrows do not apply anything over it or brush the brows.
Q: Does it flake or leave white residue?
A: Nope. Both products are super clear. Always apply onto clean brows, to avoid any residue. To maintain the best product quality, the cap must remain tightly closed at all times when not in use.
Q: How to achieve that laminated-brow look?
Brush through your brows using upward and outward motions and gently press the spoolie into your brow to flatten the hairs for a polished look.
